- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number OTP.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

As a property owner using RentLekha, you agree to:

As a tenant using RentLekha, you agree to:

- Use the platform to view your tenancy details, receipts and raise complaints.
- Not share your account access with others.
6. Rent Receipts
RentLekha generates rent receipts based on information provided by property owners. These receipts are intended for HRA tax exemption purposes under Section 10(13A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. RentLekha is not responsible for any tax-related decisions made based on these receipts. Please consult a tax professional for advice.
7. Privacy

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use RentLekha to:
